ANNE M. GIBSON, Designated Broker, GRI, e-Pro, has a comprehensive knowledge of both Southern Arizona and the nuts and bolts of real estate. A third generation Arizonan, she moved to Sonoita in 1983 to raise her four children on her family's ranch. Raised in Phoenix, Anne spent all her childhood summers with her grandparents on their legendary ranch, The San Ignacio del Babacomari Land Grant in southern Arizona; she vowed to raise her own children there. While the kids were babes at home, Anne was active in the community as a Board Member of The Patagonia Public Library, The Elgin Community Club, and the Sonoita School District. In 1992 Anne went to work at The Property Guild, Ltd. the oldest & largest real estate company in the Sonoita-Patagonia-Elgin area as Office Manager.  Through this experience, Anne gained a complete understanding of the technicalities and legalities of the real estate business. She became a licensed Realtor  and has been extremely successful, being nationally ranked in the top 0.5% of all Realtors. The company joined Long Realty Company in 2006 as an independently owned/operated affiliate in its constant effort to provide its clientele the strongest representation available in the industry. Now, as Designated Broker of the company, Anne continues to strengthen her skills and offer the most professional service.
